Built in one of our now classic enclosures, with no sharp points and designed to sit on the floor. We've taken a fully discrete approach - NO opamps, NO chips, and NO low voltage power supply. This all old school analog unit taps the 122's B+ power to support it's built in amplifier and *Transformer Coupled* output stage.
The transformer, and it's driver provide a punchy yet smooth tone while you have EASY ACCESS to the volume and tone controls. Other units need a screw driver for the volume and have no tone control at all!
This unit also supports both speed switching, and power on/off to your 122, all controlled from the 11 pin input.
