The kit includes a gain knob to control your output volume, and a 150 Hz Bass output for subwoofer amplification.
Installation takes about fifteen minutes - you have to attach two (or three) wires with provided hardware. Instructions are included and no soldering is required, although some people may prefer to use a soldered connection.
NOTE: When used with a spinet model you must connect to the speaker leads. During installation, you can choose to leave the speaker connected OR use the built in load resistor and disconnect the internal speaker.
